So, is there a maximum temperature in workplaces?
The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 says that your employer must maintain a reasonable temperature where you work, but it does not specify a maximum temperature.

Louise has had her first NVQ Student complete and pass their NVQ Level 6 in just 8 months!
We started offering the NVQ in May 2018 and already have 23 candidates working through their units. I cannot explain how proud I am of him for all the hard work he put into in and finally receiving his certificate.

We realised that the words we use, the method of our delivery Change the Minds of our students and therefore Shape Their Futures.

What’s going to happen? Which H&S regulations will be affected? How will it all affect your H&S team’s processes and procedures? What do you and your team need to do now in order to be compliant?
Could a digital platform, made available to only construction workers, which creates an environment where they can safely share experience and offer peer to peer support, where they can access the support they feel is best suited to them, in their own time and at their own pace and do it in a way which keeps them as anonymous as possible be a much more affective answer?Read more
