I can’t recommend Lighthouse Training Ltd highly enough for anyone looking to take on the NEBOSH General Certificate.

From start to finish, the experience was incredibly professional, supportive, and well-structured. The course content was clear, engaging, and delivered in a way that made even the more complex topics easier to understand and apply.

A special thanks to my tutor, Tendai, whose expert guidance, patience, and encouragement played a huge part in helping me pass both NG1 and NG2. His ability to break down key concepts and keep sessions engaging was second to none. The NEBOSH course was such a great overview of health and safety covering law, regulations and regulations of so many topics that are factors of health and safety.

Completing the day release course enabled me to continue my day to day role and not take 2 block weeks away from work. Each session we recapped the training.

The course was comprehensive and delivered in a human way with lots of class/candidate participation. Great communication from Lighthouse and good facilities

Lou was an excellent tutor. She was helpful, friendly and made sure everyone understood things. Lou was willing to answer any questions I had and she has really helped me understand things more that I will be able to use when I go back to work.

Level of instruction was very good, Rick showed a vast amount of knowledge and experience and endeavoured to make it relevant to our industry and showed examples of a wider environment. Rick presented the course well. Mood and learning atmosphere stimulating, even during dryer subjects. The course was virtually dependant on power point but slides were easy to read and understand.

Lighthouse safety Training is a very professional, very focused and knowledgeable training provider. Our tutor, Harry Collins, gave 110% effort into making the course as enjoyable as possible and giving us the best possible chance to achieve the course. He sent us Podcasts, set us homework every night, sent us slides from the previous day to study all in his free time. I can’t praise him and his organisation enough.

Different learning methods were good i.e. discussion, practise questions, and media coverage. Revision days really helpful.

Lighthouse NGC1 course is well run with sufficient breaks. Tutor is lively, engaging and well informed on the particular subjects within safety in the workplace.
