The Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005 revoked any previously issued fire certificate and replaced it with the ongoing need to consider fire risks continually via the requirement to produce a self assessed ‘living’ document, the fire risk assessment, and an accompanying emergency plan and fire diary.
