Our online courses are held on the video conference platform Zoom. This can be downloaded here
Our tutors are teaching students live, sharing presentations and learning material, whilst still holding topic discussions and answering any questions students may have.
There is a ‘hand up’ function so a student can alert our Tutor that they have a question if they cannot do so via the 2 way audio and ‘chat’ function where links can be shared and addition questions can be sent privately to the tutor if the student wishes.
We truly value classroom based teaching and feel it is the best way to teach a subject, however when circumstances do not allow it, we feel we have created the best alternative.

Brilliant training with a very good tutor
I was a bit skeptical about an on line course but it went well and actually felt more relaxed in my own surroundings.
Tuition was great and pointed out key areas from a very vast course subject.
Course really helped develop a good understanding and introduction to Mental health as this is now becoming more highlighted in the world we live. It helped open the mind and consider mental health in a positive way.

Well worth doing
It would be good to have more focus on actions and practical advice for spotting people with issues, and how to approach this conversation. This was included, but more at the tail end of the content. The background on mental health was very good however, and I felt like I received a good understanding and confidence in speaking about mental health
Rick delivered a great course and was very informative over a new experience for us all today via the Zoom meeting chat service. Thought it was done great and didn’t lose any of the feel for it by it not being in a classroom
