IMPORTANT UPDATE (9 Jan 15) – CDM 2015 Regulations and HSE Legal guidance NOW PUBLISHED.

The Guidance has been produced for the five dutyholders under CDM 2015 plus guidance for all workers. The guidance is said to “set out, in practical terms what actions are required to deliver a safe and healthy construction project”.

Publication at this time is said to offer “duty holders the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the main requirements before they come into force”:
