Steve is an excellent co-ordinator and administrator with the vision to enhance new initiatives and drive forward change in a motivated and enthusiastic manner. He is a natural but polite leader who possesses presence, coupled with a high degree of common sense. He has the ability to communicate at all levels and the aptitude to react to the unexpected.
He delivers many differing courses and is instrumental in the development of a number of initiatives, and drafting policy changes, which had a direct effect and a positive improvement to H&S training and policy.
Steve loves snowboarding and has recently decided that when he passes would like his ashes scattered on the snow topped mountains!
