Legislation will come in from April requiring new health and safety law posters to be displayed in workplaces.
Workplaces have been required to display the current health and safety poster in a prominent position since 1999, as part of the Health and Safety Information for Employees Regulations (HSIER). However workplaces will need a new one from 5 April this year.
Make sure you have the new poster.
