By signing the Armed Forces Covenant, Lighthouse Safety is making a commitment to upholding the aims  featured below and supporting the armed forces community in any way we can. We understand the sacrifices and challenges that come with serving in the armed forces, and we are dedicated to showing our appreciation and gratitude for their service.

As a company, we recognise the valuable skills and experience that members of the armed forces bring to the workplace. We are committed to providing employment opportunities and career development for veterans, reservists, and their families and training to develop their careers as civilians.

In addition, we are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees, including those who have served in the armed forces. We will ensure that our policies and practices are in line with the principles of the covenant, promoting fairness and equality for all.

Furthermore, Lighthouse Safety is committed to giving back to the armed forces community through various initiatives and partnerships. We will actively seek out opportunities to support and collaborate with organisations that provide assistance to veterans and their families.
