Well everyone here at Lighthouse is just about back to work in both mind and body, after a very busy second part of 2011. Having had a nice break over Christmas things are now getting back to normal, with our first SMSTS under way and the first SSSTS complete. Harry has a busy few months ahead with only the odd days free, and to push all boundaries we are going international, having been asked to run a course in Abu Dhabi.
We would like to say congratulations to the candidates who passed the MOD Driver package back in November 11, the result showed an 80% pass rate.
Our consultancy work continues to push new boundaries as we are straight back out there carrying out site inspections, completing Pre-qualification questionnaires and acquiring accreditations for our clients.
We have gained two new clients: First Choice Services Ltd who is an electrical company based in Kent covering the south east and Asbestos First also based in Kent supplying services for training, Management, surveying and remediation of asbestos on a national scale.
To add to our list of courses we are now also fully accredited to deliver IOSH Managing Safely Refresher and IOSH Directing Safely along with CIEH Level 2 in Risk Assessment.
Lighthouse has gone social; Sarah has now successfully set up a company on “LinkedIn where you can find our qualifications and experience, from this we are also linked to Twitter where we will be tweeting all our courses, deals and latest Health and Safety news stories, you can even like us on Facebook.
