Holiday season is coming to an end, I hope you all enjoyed your holiday and don’t have to go back to work with too many disasters!
I say disasters as on my travels this month I’ve notice all too many times that a manager or supervisor takes there holiday and everyone else takes the school approach of when the teacher leaves the room and reverts doing their own thing.
Safety doesn’t take a summer holiday, so make sure you appoint a competent person to carry out your role whilst your topping up the tan (when it stops raining) this will help on your return of bad inspection scores or a finger wagging from the boss but most of all finding one of your guys in the hospital.
