Fire Risk Assessment

The Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005 revoked any previously issued fire certificate and replaced it with the ongoing need to consider fire risks continually via the requirement to produce a self assessed ‘living’ document, the fire risk assessment, and an accompanying emergency plan and fire diary.

Landlords, business owners, business occupier tenants, schools, construction site, theatres, cinemas, pubs, care homes, houses of multiple occupancy owners etc all have a requirement to produce a fire risk assessment and emergency plan and make the contents known to those who use their premises.

Should you feel that you need assistance in developing these documents we have a track record that meets the requirements of the fire & rescue service and insurance companies alike. We have many happy companies that continually use us for this service.
