Beckford Contractors Limited was established in September 2001 with the intention of providing Chartered Surveying Companies and Managing Agents with a professional and reliable construction and decorating service. The Directors, having over fifty years experience within the Construction Industry, oversee a proactive management team on every project to ensure the highest standard of workmanship.
Specialising in internal and external refurbishment projects within London and the Home Counties, they undertake projects ranging in value from £10k to £1.5 million and have worked on some of London’s most prestigious properties.
Beckford are members of the Federation of Master Builders and have obtained approval for the Government Trustmark Scheme. In addition are members of the Dulux Contract Partnership scheme.
Lighthouse Safety Training act as Beckford Contractors Health and Safety Consultants. Working in close contact with their Safety Officer we ensure they are kept abreast of any changes to current legislation. As an independent external consultant, part of our duty is to provide them with regular unannounced site inspections, monitoring and auditing.
In addition we provide ongoing training for both management staff and operatives.
