CITB – CSCS Health and Safety Test planned changes in 2012.

CITB are planning a change in the way the CSCS testing is carried out in order to promote better thinking and working practices towards health and safety.

Along with a new updated data base of questions, other changes that are planned include:

  •  A fully refreshed and updated question bank including the new universal hazard symbols.
  • Questions on respiratory risks and the hazards they can pose.
  • Knowledge questions on the environment.
  • Behavioural case studies which tests how a candidate would respond to health and safety situations to highlight safe working practices on site.

The new test changes will be introduced from April 2012.

If you are required to complete your CSCS test soon, our CITB Accredited SMSTS (Site Managers Safety Training Scheme) and SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) will assist in the successful completion of the test. See our future courses list.
