THE ACCESS INDUSTRY FORUM CAMPAIGNS TO SAVE THE UK WORK AT HEIGHT REGULATIONS
Lighthouse Safety supports the Access Industry Forum (AIF) in its campaign to save the UK’s Work at Height Regulations from repeal.
The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill, which is currently passing through Parliament, seeks to remove EU-derived laws that remain in the UK statute book by the end of 2023 and currently, the UK’s Work at Height Regulations are set to be included.
The AIF is advocating for the exclusion of the Work at Height Regulations from the repeal and has submitted written evidence to the House of Commons Public Bill Committee, which is now considering the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill.
