About Lighthouse Safety
Lighthouse Safety Training was established in June 2004, offering a bespoke Health, Safety & Environmental training and consultancy service to predominately, but not solely the construction industry, our expertise also covers manufacturing, retail and office environments.
Since opening, our business has grown year on year, we are now firmly established to achieve continued growth and geographic spread. Located in Rainham, Kent, we own an old Masonic Hall which we have modernised throughout to provide three fully equipped training classrooms and associated office facilities.
There are two main areas of our business, ie Training and Consultancy.
Our Training department has an expanding course prospectus to service our current clients’ needs and expectations, this includes NEBOSH General, Construction, Fire & Environmental; CITB ConstructionSkills SMSTS, SSSTS, ABC, Health & Safety Awareness & SEATS; IOSH Directing, Managing & Working Safely; a number of CIEH Courses; CPC for Transport Managers (Road Haulage) and Periodic Driver CPC, as well as our own unique bespoke courses created specifically for clients requirements eg CDM2015 Awareness and Fire Warden etc.
Our expanding reputation and competencies also means we are able to offer training services at clients’ premises anywhere in the UK.
Our Consultancy department aims to support our Clients in order for them to be able to achieve compliance in all areas of HS&E, win more contracts and keep them safe all while protecting others at the same time. We help our clients become aware of hidden dangers so the Lighthouse brand signifies what we do best – looking out for the safety of you and those around you.
We pride ourselves as being a forward-thinking company by offering frank no-nonsense advice, always delivered in a professional, cost-effective and timely manner, with an enlightened approach, seeking to change the minds of those who may need to modernise their approach. Our help has not only won new work for our clients but, expanded their scope and ability to secure extensions to contracts.
Our staff can offer as much help as required and bespoke a service to suit all budgets and timescales. We can provide help from as simple as telephone support to, monthly visits to your offices where we deal with any safety related issues and paperwork; provide a full site inspection and reporting service; safety managers and team members; our staff can even act as your senior Safety Manager or Safety Director. Whatever the level of support you require we can adapt a service to suit your needs.
