A new Lighthouse Keeper

Stephen Laws is the new Lighthouse Keeper!

Stephen Laws CMIOSH (Steve) joined Lighthouse 12 years ago and has now taken over as General Manager (MD) following his previous role of Compliance Services Director of the business where he lead the consultancy team within Lighthouse Safety Training Ltd responsible for building and maintaining the relationships with clients, responding to, and assisting their requirements.

He provides sound advice, policy and procedure creation and review as well as implementation, carrying out site inspections and audits including CDM checks and accident investigation. He is additionally a fully qualified tutor, and can sometimes still be found leading the classroom.

Steve is an mentor for the South East IOSH division which educates on health and safety and develops careers of health and safety professionals.

Steve is innovative, extremely knowledgable and passionate about Health and Safety and we know you and the Lighthouse Team are in good hands.
