Sir Robert McAlpine is one of the leading UK Construction Companies, and forms part of the UK Contractor Group (UKCG). We have delivered training to Sir Robert McAlpine for over 2 years having trained over 200 of their Site Managers and Foremen on the CITB ConstructionSkills Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course, we continue to offer bespoke courses to suit their needs, eg office safety, fire safety management training and fire warden training which we compliment with live fire training.
Laing O’Rourke
Laing O’Rourke is also one of the leading UK Construction Companies, and they also form part of the UK Contractor Group (UKCG). During 2009 we have been working with the training department of Laing O’Rourke to assist in the delivery of a number of their internal bespoke courses. IOSH Managing Safely in Construction, Hazardous Substance Awareness, Risk Assessment and Method Statement training are just a small example of the training we have conducted on their behalf.
Mid Kent College Training Services Ltd
January 2009 saw service delivery at the Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME) pass to a Public Private Partnership (PPP) company Holdfast. Mid Kent College are one of the five Holdfast consortium members. In preparation for the service delivery responsibility commencing in Jan 2009, we won the contract to delivery Health and Safety Management Training across the RSME. Much of this training is integrated within Soldier Management Training Courses at differing levels, however in addition we are also responsible for the delivery of approx ten CITB ConstructionSkills SMSTS courses annually and for the provision of H&S Advice to the Professional Engineer Wing of the RSME.
TQ Education and Training Ltd
TQ Education and Training Ltd are also one of the five Holdfast consortium members, being responsible for the delivery of Earthmoving Plant training at the RSME. LightHouse Safety Training is the preferred provider for the delivery of the CITB ConstructionSkills Plant Managers Safety Training Scheme (PMSTS) in house course for their Plant Managers, Examiners and Trainers.
W.R. Berkley (Europe) UK Ltd
W.R. Berkley Corporation is a leading International Insurance Provider; We provide H&S advice and assistance to the London offices of the W.R. Berkley (Europe) UK Ltd, conducting their DSE assessments and Fire Risk Assessments.
Clovis Lande
Clovis Lande are World Class fabricators of steel structures and modular buildings including; tensile structures, walkways, canopies, shelters, temporary structures, greenhouses, polytunnels, and polycarbonate glazing; they retain our services as their H&S Advisors to satisfy the Requirements of Regulation 7 of the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999. We have trained a number of their staff on the SMSTS course. Numerous members of their staff have also conducted Manual Handling, Hazardous Substance and First Aid Training with us.
I C Service & Maintenance Ltd
ICS were our first customer and they continue to retain our services; they provide the highest quality Open Protocol fire protection, security and building control systems that integrate into a single, easy-to-manage solution. They offer a full end-to-end service, from design and supply to installation, integration, commissioning, testing, maintenance and ongoing customer support. they retain our services as their H&S Advisors to satisfy the Requirements of Regulation 7 of the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999. We have written and updated their H&S Policy and conducted many construction site inspections on their behalf. We are involved in pre start planning considering the requirements and perplexities placed upon their work under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007.
MHS Homes
mhs homes group are one of the largest independant social housing providers in the county of Kent. We have worked with mhs over a number of years, providing bespoke and ConstructionSkills training for many of their supervisors and Site Managers.
PT Electrical Contracting Ltd
PT Electrical are a Sittingbourne based Electrical contracting company, providing first and second fix electrical installations for many medium and major building companies. Much of their work is in the new build sector. We have worked with PT Electrical to develop their H&S Systems and paperwork. We have also delivered many training courses to support their needs.

Our most recent high profile customer; Hi-Way Services Ltd have over 25 years experience in road markings, being the premier service provider across the South East of England. Hi-Way have retained our services and are actively looking for us to take a leading role in the provision of integrating our H&S Services to assist in the growth of their company.
Stone and Ceramics
Stone & Ceramic operate as a Specialist Contractor in the commercial sector of the Construction Industry. They provide a manner of hard floor/walling materials that can be sourced, detailed and installed directly from themselves. We provide regular inspections on there behalf and have conducted bespoke training for all their staff.
True Fix Construction
True Fix Construction Ltd comprises Adam Wingrove and Lee Barlow between the two they hold over 35 years experience in managing and installing construction projects from internal fit out and suspended ceilings to through the wall systems and external cladding. Lighthouse Safety provide on site training including first aid, fire marshals, SSSTS, inductions, continual site inspections, audits and reports and assistance on Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) including SSIP accreditation

Founded by experienced fire consultants to ensure the correct installation of their bespoke fire safety systems, Fire Design Solutions has a proven track record in the industry. Lighthouse Safety provides in house bespoke safety training, weekly site inspections and visits, competent advice, assistance during pre tender phase.
Staggered Ltd
Staggered Trading Limited, although a relatively young company has a wealth of experience in the Retail, Construction and Manufacturing industries.
They offer a complete turnkey solution, from design, metal and wood manufactured products, installation, maintenance services and project management. We also have a 13500 sq ft warehousing and logistics facility. We provide monthly training sessions and regular office and warehouse inspections as well as competent advice on construction health and safety.
Glebe Fencing
Glebe Fencing is one of the counties leading automated gate installers, they are a diverse company who can also install a range of fencing for commercial to security purposes. We provide health and safety advice and assistance with SSIP accreditation.
CHS Builders
Founded in 1985 CHS are able to provide the full range of building services systems from concept design to total installation ‘turnkey’ projects. They specialises in the delivery of Building Services (M&E) solutions for construction and property related projects across several business sectors. Areas where specialist knowledge and experience can be demonstrated are: Commercial, Leisure, Healthcare, Retail and Technology sectors. We have reviewed there paperwork for the compliance with MACE policies and strict controls for health and safety during the construction of the SHARD and continual to service this contract with weekly site inspections.

Goodrington is a small, well-run independent school with a warm, friendly atmosphere that enables children to enjoy their education. There are five forms in the school, each one small enough to ensure that every pupil receives individual attention as needed. Lighthouse continue to support Goodrington by conducting the annual review of their the Fire Risk Assessment.
Idris Davis
We provide weekly fire safety checks and maintenance for their rented office buildings and undertake the Fire Risk Assessment and ensure all statutory Fire Alarm checks are conducted.
Bactec
The BACTEC (Battle Area Clearance, Training, Equipment and Consultancy) Group of companies is comprised of a number of leading EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal)/Mine Action companies operating worldwide from strategically located offices. The Group Head Quarters is located with BACTEC International Limited in the UK, with offices/branches located in Mozambique, Libya, Lebanon, Cambodia, Laos and Australia. BACTEC has been providing unexploded ordnance (UXO) and landmine clearance and disposal services globally for 19 years and to date has carried out contracts in over 40 countries, numerous members of their management and supervisory team have attended our course.

Morrison Utility Services is a leading service provider within the electricity, gas, telecommunications and water sectors. Their business is centred on the provision, replacement, repair and maintenance of utility network infrastructure (water and gas pipes, electric & telecommunication cables, water, electricity and gas meters, mobile phone masts and associated equipment, telephone kiosks, and electric substations).
